Full Stack Developer – Immediate Opening!
This role is more than just coding. We need a Full Stack Developer who can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer with an appetite to learn and the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production ready.
In this role you will use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements while helping our clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You will help make sure the solutions developed by the team consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
  • Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements.
  • Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
      Experience
 
Required:
  • 3+ years’ experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
  • Experience with
    • Java, Python, .NET, React, or other modern frontend frameworks.
    • SQL (Postgres preferred) databases, familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
    • Working in an Agile scrum team .
  • Ability to use both back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions .
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Nice to Have:
  • 4+ years’ experience with software engineering.
  • Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization .
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance .

  • Related industry-recognized certifications helpful
Education  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field desirable.
