JOB DESCRIPTION            As a Software Developer, Level 3, you will use your programing and development skills to design, implement, and maintain software applications for our client to ensure mission success. You will work both independently and as part of a team to help identify client needs and demands, integrate software components, troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues, and test and debug programs, while meeting scheduled milestones and suspense dates.

  • Job Duties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of business analysts and software architects to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Design code/develop, modify/update, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, C++, and/or Python.
  • Testing & Debugging software applications, ensuring they meet requirements and quality standards.
  • Modify existing software systems to enhance functionality and optimize performance.
  • Integrate software components and third-party libraries into existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve software defects and issues.
  • Conduct system performance and scalability testing.
QUALIFICATIONS             
  • Education        
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
  • Certifications
Desired, not required:
  •  CCNP or Relevant MS Certification or SCRUM Master
  • Experience       
  • Minimum 6 (six) years working as a software developer or engineer using Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment with solid experience and proficiency in the following required:
    • Programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
    • Development tools and frameworks such as Git, Maven, or Jenkins.
  • Software testing and debugging techniques.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Successfully applying problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and identify root cause.
  • Reliably work both independently and as a member of a team with the ability to easily transition between the two.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
