JOB DESCRIPTION: As Graphic Designer, Mid-Level, you will produce print graphics in support of finished intelligence (FINTEL) for our DoD IC Government client; creating graphic designs for multiple concurrent and sequential intricate work assignments. Assignments completion requires a mix of adherence to tradecraft and Agency standards and guidance as well as originality and innovation as you determine and create the optimal graphic designs in response to analyst requests and feedback and the support, advice, and guidance from team members. Care and attention to detail must be given to ensure accuracy, quality, information conveyance, and on-time deliverables to meet scheduled FINTEL production and dissemination deadlines. .
QUALIFICATIONS:
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph
TS/SCI may be acceptable provided you are willing to undergo a CI Polygraph.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in graphic design, with 2 years’ experience within the last 2 years.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional work environment.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience and proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Creative Suite to create intricate, detailed, and creative concept visualizations and graphic designs to accurately convey information.
Experience successfully supporting multiple intricate and concurrent graphic-design & concept visualization creation and update/edit assignments.
Proven successful time-management skills; being deadline-oriented and delivering on time.
Proficient in Microsoft365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Knowledge of the DoD and the intelligence community (IC).
Experienced and comfortable working independently and collaboratively, giving and taking direction, as a member of a team of graphic designers.
Not required, but is a “plus” to have:
Experience with MAPublisher.
Experience working in a DoD facility and environment.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or other relevant/similar field.
CERTIFICATION:
None required
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is desired but not mandatory.
