Intelligence Analyst: All Source, Biometrics, "All Other INTs" (Contingent)

LOCATION:  DC, MD, VA - on client site (remote work not possible)

JOB DESCRIPTION:  You shall receive, analyze, combine and organize information/data into useful intelligence products, and report and/or disseminate such information/data/products.  Information/data spans the full spectrum of operations and includes imagery, signals, measurements, human, and open-source information/data. 
Job duties may include some or all of the following.
  • Advise and assist in the planning, collection, and implementation of intelligence disciplines across the full spectrum of intelligence operations.
  • Support and/or supervise analytical cells supporting intelligence preparation where an analytical outcome is required.
  • Perform Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of all-source tactical intelligence.
  • Perform tactical and operational level research and analysis.
  • Conduct analysis of threat forces disposition, capabilities, tactics, and training in support of strike mission planning.
  • Discover, collate, analyze, evaluate, organize, document, and disseminate intelligence information.
  • Produce all-source intelligence, situation estimates, threat studies of adversarial nations, terrorists, and insurgents, and other topics as required.
  • Produce periodic intelligence products to include daily, weekly, and monthly read files, summaries, intelligence assessments, articles, slides, and briefings at multiple classification levels.
  • Conduct intelligence briefings and debriefings.
  • Inform and advise on the collecting and reporting requirements and procedures, recognition techniques, and assessing adversaries' capabilities.
  • Collate intelligence and operations materials, and assemble final products for mission briefing, study, and use.
  • Use intelligence automated data systems to store, retrieve, display, collaborate and report intelligence information.
  • Assess potential DoD vulnerabilities that may/could be exploited by adversaries.
  • Shift work may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Years of Relevant Experience:
    • Junior Opportunity:  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
    • Mid-Level Opportunity:  Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
    • Senior-Level Opportunity:  Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
  • Formal training in the planning, collection, and implementation of all intelligence disciplines across the full spectrum of operations.
  • US military experience: active duty, reserves, or working directly for the US military.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and relevant experience in:
    • Intelligence Community (IC), its primary members, the intelligence process, capabilities, and the requirements and collections lifecycle(s)
    • Intelligence information flow and other governing regulations and requirements to ensure accurate and timely response meet customer needs.
    • Critical thinking and analytical writing, IC tradecraft writing standards (Style Guide), and the ability to produce relevant charts, graphics, and visual aids.
    • All-Source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis, to include multiple/alternative analysis techniques.

  • Bachelors is desired but not required.
