JOB DESCRIPTION:  Develops and administers leading edge software systems as part of a high-performance team. The position is in support of the Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), which enables users throughout the Intelligence Community to quickly research and identify collection requirements from an All-Source perspective. CRATE comprises a set of web-based tools that query metadata from numerous applications on multiple domains across the Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have broad software development expertise in a classified environment and diverse IT and software development expertise. Candidate must be be familiar with network security protocols and administration. Candidate must be familiar with DoD cyber security processes, including differences and criteria that distinguish the various security domains.

    • Experience with PHP highly desired
    • Experience with Oracle Database
    • Experience with Docker, Ansible, KeyCloak, Leaflet, ArcGIS
    • Understanding of and experience with network administration and security protocols on various domains
    • Experience with Joint Intelligence Operations Command (JIOC) applications and/or intelligence data
    • Experience within the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) or other DoD security domains
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of experience.
    • Master’s degree in a related field with 10 years’ experience.
