Provide day-to-day, hands-on, tactical leadership to the software development team. Oversee the team’s operations and processes, championing and modeling software quality and craftsmanship and updating stakeholders on progress. Help the development team to manage expectations, build and communicate realistic plans, and improve continuously. Support program and project managers, provide second-level management of technical delivery staff, and play a role in hiring and training staff.
-8+ years of experience with working in SharePoint development roles
-Experience with managing SharePoint features, site templates, and customization of search in a SharePoint portal.
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or IT
-Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in SharePoint preferred
