JOB DESCRIPTION
The SoundWay intern may be selected to provide support to SoundWay business operations in a number of different ways, including:
  • Administrative support
  • Data entry and/or analysis
  • Marketing and Social Media support
  • Recruiting support (sourcing, resume data entry, candidate interaction, etc.)
  • Market analysis in support of SoundWay’s business development lifecycle as SoundWay leadership identifies, validates, shapes and prepares proposals for new business opportunities.
  • IT and Database support
  • Submits weekly activity reports detailing completed and planned work.

  • Fluent in English - both in writing and speaking

  • Solid analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills & abilities
  • Strong writing abilities: proper grammar, complete thoughts, doesn’t leave the reader asking “so what” or “what do you mean?"
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet / Database Searches and the use of logic for creating queries
  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret information, and produce reports to convey findings
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Understands and follows Standard Operating Procedures
