Integrated Master Schedule Professional

     The IMS is a program execution roadmap that helps optimize a program’s overall health & execution strategy, coordinates workflows, assists in decision making, and helps mitigate risks & resolve day-to-day challenges.
     As part of an interdisciplinary team, the IMS Analyst shall support program management’s efforts to capture, document & integrate the client’s IT authoritative portfolio.  Working closely with client’s divisions’ leadership, key stakeholder, product owners and Partners, shall provide advisory & assistance support to coordinate requirements gathering efforts.  Work closely with project leads/managers & other stakeholders to plan, create & manage WBS & schedules; link & sequence efforts; assign resources; establish activity durations; conduct risk analysis; control baselines; ensure work supports earned value management (EVM) & integrates with the EVMS; integrate project schedules to create the IMS; and report on program & project variances, progress & status.  Develop & document procedures & templates to support program IMS.  Monitor & track the critical path.  Identify, track & report on Key Performance Indicators/Parameters.  Provide objective, quantitative basis for the program/project forecasting & performance assessments.  Follow PMI & client “best practices” & policy for program & project management.

    • Five (5) years of relevant IMS experience, including experience creating, controlling & maintaining WBS, Schedule, IMS, risk assessment, quality control, & EVM.
    • Three (3) years’ experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) & applying lean-IT principles is preferred.
    • Solid understanding of Total Cost of Ownership.  
    •  Experience & ability to support multiple projects concurrently.
    • Solid critical thinking skills
    • Experience developing integrated master schedules in a dynamic environment.  
    • Experience preparing, briefing & substantiating IMS & project schedules to seniors.  
    • Excellent written & verbal communications skills.  
    • Excellent MS Project proficiency creating project & integrated WBS/schedules.  
    • Office365 tools proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, & SharePoint.  
    • Solid understanding of EVM & the application of EVM in project schedules.  
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, & client-ready deliverables creation.  
    • Comfortable, reliable & productive working as a member of a team & working independently.
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent training and/ or experience)
    • OR
      • 6 years of experience providing management and technical direction to project personnel​ may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
    • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
